~FULL VIEW PLZ~
Decided to revamp Sniper a bit and draw him before he evolved into a Raichu. I also thought it would be fun to mess around with animating some more so I made him blink.
Drawn on paper, colored in Paint Shop Pro 9, Animated with Gimp.
Sniper is one of Yuko's [link] Pokemon. But she does not have him in her party for the UBF, he's in the PC box. ^^
