Sniper Revamped

Yaaaaay! Okay, So since I drew Sniper as a Pikachu I wanted to redraw him as a Raichu. Going back and looking at my older picture of him made me cringe. xD So here he is all pretty and new!!

Also so all of you know, Sniper, like many other pokemon I draw, is a pokemon I actually have on one of my games. I first got Sniper in Pokemon Fire Red, since then he's gone all over my other games and is currently on my Soul Silver version.
